Modeling Inclusion: Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity in the Rules of Professional Conduct

Some time in late June or early July, we will present this Ethics CLE regarding the proposed revision to the Pennsylvania Rules of Professional Conduct to adopt Model Rule 8.4(g), which precludes discrimination on the basis of, inter alia, gender identity and sexual orientation. Check back in June for more details.
